Playboy Insert Cards
From April 1959 through August of 1966. Playboy Inserted Magazine Cards (not the subscription offer cards that are commonplace) and during this time these "Magazine Insert Cards" were counted as pages. There is some validity to the argument that IF the issue does not contain these Inserts, that the magazine is technically incomplete.
We will let you draw your own conclusion as to whether it is complete or not, after all, you are the final judge on your own collection. As a side note, most reader copies from that era will not contain these offers/inserts, however, ANY MAGAZINE graded Fine or Better should disclose whether these cards are intact, and be priced accordingly.
